Posted by janey in : tropical holidays , trackbackFollow the cultural changes that have taken place in this area of California over the years. At the Temecula Museum you will be able to see the handcrafted exhibits from the early settlers and the cultural products used to survive in the area. You can learn about the farming equipment and ranching life too.
When traveling with kids it is important to remember that they like to see things that are dedicated to them. At the museum there is a “town” that is just right for them to spend some time in and learn about how life was for kids a long time ago. There is a General Store, dress shop, photographer studio and even a ride the pony station.
Join with others for the First Thursday evening programs that are appropriate for adults and families with as performing events, gallery talks, demonstrations, lectures and other media targeted to the subject areas in the exhibits. then come back for Family Day on the first Saturday of every month where you can have hands on interactive learning opportunities for both adults and kids.
