Processing passports is a big business, much bigger than many people realize. These companies have a proven track record and are excellent at the services that they provide.
When it comes to forms, think of a situation and the State Department has created a form for it. From lost passports to damaged passports, marriage or divorce name change and even infants get their own forms. Of course, these are all in addition to the standard forms that have to be filled out.
