What Will I Receive With A Featured Listing?

1. A thumbnail picture of your website 180x135 pixels in size, which is hyperlinked to your website. We will create this for you, or you can supply it to us if you prefer. The thumbnail image can be of your homepage or another page within your website. Likewise, the hyperlink can go to your homepage or any other page of your choosing within your website.
   
   

2. A description of your choosing up to 320 characters in length (including title and spaces). This is done in Arial 12px font. You can have a longer description if you are prepared to accept a smaller font or picture. This includes two additional hyperlinks to your website: one from the text title line, and one from a 'Click here for Details' line at the end of your text.

Note: The 320 character limit includes the 'Click here for Details' line. You can replace this line with other text of your choosing if you wish.

3. Your Featured Listing will remain in place for 3 months from the date from which it goes live.
   
   

4. A link to our Directory page(s) incorporating your Featured Link(s) will also be placed from our homepage at www.travelseek.biz
   
   

5. You will receive a bonus Featured Listing, also for a three month period, on a relevant page of our sister site www.vacation-portal.com. This will be on a 'one for one' basis. In other words, if you order 5 Featured Listings on TravelSEEK.biz, we will in turn reward you with 5 complimentary Featured Listings on www.vacation-portal.com

What Featured Listing Packages Do You Offer?

Your purchase of one of our Featured Listing packages acknowledges and confirms your acceptance of our standard Terms of Service as well as our Featured Listing Terms and Conditions as outlined below.

Featured Listing Terms and Conditions

In addition to our standard Terms of Service which apply for this service, the following terms also apply to our Featured Listing packages:

1. We only ever carry one Featured Listing per webpage. If another advertiser has already featured their site upon your chosen page, or purchases a Featured Listing for the webpage of your choosing before you do, we will be unable to feature your site until that page become available again. In this case, you will be provided the choice of a listing on an alternative relevant page, or we will fully refund your advertising fee if you so choose.
   
   

2. ^#We make no guarantees or claims as to the traffic that our pages will receive which include your Featured Listing, or as to the number of click throughs your website will receive from such.
   
   

3. We make no guarantees or claims as to the ranking of your particular Featured Listing page within the search engine results.
   
   Although we always strive to maintain top listings for our pages within the search engines, and employ the latest search engine optimization techniques to do so, search engines such as Google and Yahoo are constantly changing their ranking algorithms.
   
   As such, although your page may be achieving a top 5 or top 10 ranking within a search engine's results for a particular search term at the time of your purchase, we are unable to guarantee that the page will continue to do so. We will not provide any refunds for advertising fees paid should your chosen page rank less favorably within a particular search engine's results listings after you have made your purchase.
   
   

4. If you are unhappy with your listing for whatever reason within a 7 (seven) day period from the time when we send you an email to notify you that your Featured Listing has gone live, we will either change that listing to your satisfaction, or provide you with a full refund, less a US$25 administration fee. No refunds will be given if you request one after this 7 (seven) day period.
   
   

5. We reserve the right to decline to add your website as a Featured Listing, or to decline to renew your Featured Listing, for whatever reason at our discretion. In this case, your advertising fees will be fully refunded to you.
   
   

6. We reserve the right to change our advertising fees and terms for Featured Listings as well as for Renewals without notice. If you are affected by our application of a fee or term change, and do not agree with the change, your only recourse will be to choose not to order a Featured Listing or to choose not to renew your listing.
   
   

7. Featured Listing renewals are not automatic. You will need to contact us to advise us if you wish to renew a listing which is approaching the end of its term.
